DSS Developer
Niraj is the developer of Decision Support Systems (DSS) for agriculture, water, disaster and hydromet for CARE for South Asia project.
At RIMES, Niraj serves as an Applications Development Specialist. He is involved in DSS development, and provides capacity-building support to national meteorological and hydrological services.
Prior to RIMES, Niraj worked at the Asian Institute of Technology and 1-To-All. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
